On-boarding Steps for FFL Priority Life Unleashed

Step 1

HCMS ACCESS: ON-BOARDING

Your FFL Agent Record needs to be created by an administrator. Once you have access to your account, you can request onboarding

Step 2

Request Carriers

Use SuranceBay to request Americo, Mutual of Omaha, AIG, and John Hancock. You MUST have your FFL Agent record created first!!

Step 3

Complete Playbook Training

Basic training for Family First Life agents! Start your training with the FFL Playbook, and never stop training!

Step 4

Integrity Lead Center: Buy and Manage Leads

Your ILC account will be created within 5-10 hours after completing HCMS and SureLC. This is where you will order your leads and manage your clients.

Step 5

Schedule a Welcome Session

We gave you a lot of things to do! Let’s make sure everything looks good.
